2. Hosting
The website is hosted with Infomaniak. When the site is accessed, technical data such as IP address, time of access, requested resources and browser information may be stored in server logs. This data is used for secure operation and troubleshooting.
3. Server logs
When the website is accessed, technical log data may be stored automatically. It is not combined with other data sources unless there is a legal or security-related need.
4. Contact form
If you use the contact form, the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, message and optional details such as company, phone number and project type) is processed in order to respond to your enquiry. Processing is based on your request and the related pre-contractual or contractual communication.
5. Email communication and Resend
Enquiries submitted via the contact form are delivered by email. Resend is used for sending. Form data is transmitted to Resend in order to deliver the internal message and a confirmation email. The customer address is never used as the sender; the sender remains info@pericdigital.ch.
Resend may process personal data outside Switzerland. Further information is available in Resend’s privacy policy.
6. Cookies
This website does not use non-essential cookies for marketing or analytics. Technically required cookies or similar techniques may arise from operating the site. If analytics or marketing services are added later, a consent system will be provided.
7. External services
No analytics or advertising services such as Google Analytics are currently embedded. There may be links to external websites, for example x-school.ch. Those operators are responsible for their own data processing.
8. Data security
Peric Digital takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Absolute security during transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
9. Retention
Personal data from enquiries is stored as long as required to handle the request, any follow-up and statutory retention duties.
10. Rights of data subjects
Under applicable data protection law you have, in particular, the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and to receive your data. Please send requests to info@pericdigital.ch. Statutory exceptions remain reserved.
